Honourable sir,
With due respect, I representing the students of class (…) would like to let you know something unpleasant. This thing that I want to inform you that the library we belong has not enough reference books that we require for better study. There are too many books available in our library but it is sooth to say that all are not up to the mark to fulfil our requirements. Sometimes it very tough for us to buy some reference books because most of the books are very costly. This is the very reason we have this application for buying more reference books for our school/college library.
Therefore, it is our firm belief and expectancy that you would be concerned enough to buy more reference book for our library and thereby make us ever grateful to you.
