ENVIRONMENT POLLUTION

Pollution is always a threat to anyone anywhere in the world. Besides many notable types of pollution, environmental pollution is one of the major concerns nowadays. Environmental Pollution has become a serious problem in our country. There are many sources of pollution. First, environmental pollution may take place through air pollution. Air pollution is seriously harmful to people. Smoke and fumes from vehicles and industries are responsible for the pollution. Water pollution is another reason for environmental pollution. The indiscriminate use of pond and river water by a great number of people makes it polluted. Besides the waste of mills, and factories, household waste is thrown in the water. Sometimes, ships bearing different kinds of chemicals face accidents. So the chemicals in the ship get mixed with seawater and the sea water is seriously polluted. There is another pollution called sound pollution. Sound pollution is extremely harmful to our hearing and brain. Medical specialists say that sound pollution may damage one’s hearing. This increasing pollution alarms us and sets us thinking. Things cannot go as they do now. We should use environment-friendly vehicles. Our government has already taken some revolutionary steps to stop pollution. Govt. has already banned the use of lollygags. We can keep our environment free from pollution by controlling all kinds of pollution and creating awareness about it among the people. Accordingly, We can hope to reduce pollution to a great extent in the coming decades.
