I respectfully want to inform you that we, the students of class (…) in your school/college, are very eager to go on a study tour. We have decided to go to Shat Gombuj masjid which is situated in Bager-hat district. We all know that It is one of the most popular historical places in our country. It’s regretful that we all are getting bored to our fixed life. We hope that this study tour will help us get a great source of entertainment and in this way, we can also achieve a vast historical knowledge regarding Shat Gombuj Masjid. Pleasing to say that we have already collected some money for this tour and we hope the school will bear the rest of the total expense. We need only ten thousand Tk more along with your approval of this application for a study tour.
Therefore, we pray and hope that you will be kind enough to provide us with the rest of the expense and grant this application for a study tour to Shat Gombuj Masjid.
